A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a partially-covered terrace. The property is located on the boulevard close to the public beach that is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A small supermarket is just 200 m away and a Mercadona supermarket is 500 m away. The property is within walking distance of the old town. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, parties and smoking inside the property is not allowed. The air conditioning operates on a coin system. Guests are provided with enough credits for average use at no cost. However, if the credits run out, guests will need to add more themselves. The property has a step-free interior. The residential complex comprises various flights of stairs, the property is therefore not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Early check-in can be arranged upon request and for a supplement.
